Terms of Service
Effective May 18, 2026. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ExecOS provides a web application for executive assistants and the executives they support. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content stored in your workspace. Workspace admins are responsible for managing seats, invites, and roles.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't upload content you have no right to process.
- Don't attempt to bypass tenant isolation, reverse-engineer the service, or probe other workspaces.
- Don't use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
4. Billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. AI features
Some features generate text using third-party AI models. Output is probabilistic and may contain errors; you remain responsible for reviewing it before acting on it.
6. Data & confidentiality
Customer data is governed by the Privacy Policy and (where applicable) the Data Processing Addendum. You retain ownership of your content.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may terminate by deleting your account in Settings.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
